The 1994 season marked the end of an
era for SPB4 as venerable leader John Turnbull decided to
step down as commish after many years of honorable
service.
This quickly led to a number of open teams but thanks largely to the efforts of Chris Williams those 7 openings have been quickly filled!
Please join me in welcoming the
following new SPB4 owners:
- John Parker (Vancouver Venom)
- Jim Condon (Woods Hole Frogmen)
- Tom Kackley (Beach City Wailers)
- Dave Lauer (East Kenosha Lakers)
- Kevin Murphy (Long Beach Tides)
- Chris Cannan (Tualatin Thunder)
- Don Holcomb (Death Valley Gunfighters)
The new owners and the league office will quickly begin planning and preparations for the upcoming dispersal draft as they look to build a championship lineup!
